Description
This highly valued tea is produced in Taiwan in the Nantou mountain region. The short fermentation time gives the Tun Ting "Jade" Oolong a slightly new character. Other oolongs are of a rather serious nature. These green oolongs are more convincing due to their bitter, deep, spicy power. A bright olive-green color characterizes this leaf. A cup with a light amber color. A very lively cup in the first infusion. The memory of the scent of peach blossoms arises.
