Sencha Leaf SKU 262:
High quality Japanese Sencha. This sencha is the second picked tea leaf during the harvest season of each year (in June), and the tea leaf is soft and rich in theanine, which is an umami ingredient. Rich vegetal flavor and aroma reminding of dark greens, with moderate bitterness and a slight nutty quality.
Floral Jasmine Tea SKU 308:
Spring tea is carefully stored until the jasmine is ripe in late summer. Then both - tea and blossom - combine to form a delicate liaison of green tea leafs and jasmine.
Green Snail SKU 256:
A vegetal sweet flavor green tea that comes out early in the harvest. The mouth feel is full and buttery smooth with a lingering finish that whispers of spice.
