Earl Gray Lemonade
4 ounces Earl Grey
1 cup fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons honey (or to taste)
Instructions:Add the tea leaves to a heatproof jug.
Pour over 4 cups boiling water and allow to steep for 4-5 minutes then remove leaves.
Stir in the honey so it can melt in the hot liquid, allow to cool.
Once cooled, stir in the lemon juice and taste.
Add more honey if you like it sweeter.
Pour over ice, garnish with lemon and orange slices and fresh mint.
