Coldbrew Lychee Iced Tea
4 cups (0.95 L) of water
1 tablespoon (14.8 ml)
(8 g) of loose lychee tea
Fresh mint spring to garnish Ice for serving
Method:Place 1 tablespoon (14.8 ml)
(8 g) of loose tea into a pitcher
Pour 4 cups (0.95 L) of cold water into the pitcher.
Cover the pitcher and refrigerate the tea for 4 to 5 hours.
Pour the loose-leaf tea through a strainer.
Pour the cold lychee tea into a serving glass with ice and garnish it with mint.
If you prefer to sweeten your lychee tea, stir in your choice of sugar or honey.
